You can contact the Council via the Clerk, Steve Edwards, or Deputy Clerks Erika Davies and Molly Jones, who are usually available Monday to Friday from 8:00-14:00.
Most meetings of the Full Council are 'hybrid'. This means that as well as Members who attend the council chamber, some Members attend via video conferencing (Zoom). Members of the public can attend most Full Council and Committee meetings (although they may be excluded when agenda items concern personal or confidential matters). However, the space available for members of the public is very limited, so we usually recommend that members of the public attend via Zoom. If you would like to request video conferencing access to a Council meeting, please contact the Clerk using the online form below.
