20-30mph Consultation

In April of this year, the Welsh Transport Security, Mr Ken Skates, announced that from September 2024 local County Councils would have the facility to change the speed limits on 20mph speed limited roads, which were introduced last year.  

Abertillery and Llanhilleth Community Council wish to gather the views of the public before it decides to make any representations to Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council to make any changes.
